Tour Plan
Arusha – Lake Manyara National Park
Leave Arusha in the morning for Lake Manyara National Park via Mto wa mbu Village. Game drive in the park with picnic lunch. Dinner and overnight at Twiga Campsite.
Lake Manyara – Serengeti National Park
After breakfast drive to Serengeti, game viewing and picnic lunch en route to the campsite. Dinner and overnight at Seronera campsite.
Central Serengeti National Park (Seronera)
A full day game drive in Serengeti, meals and overnight at Seronera campsite.
Serengeti – Ngorongoro
Morning game drive in Serengeti. Later in the afternoon drive to Ngorongoro via Olduvai Gorge for dinner and overnight at Simba campsite on the crater rim.
Ngorongoro – Arusha
After breakfast, descend into the crater, game drive and picnic lunch. Later in the afternoon return to Arusha.
This is the easiest and most popular route to the summit; this is classified as a moderate trek, rather than a climb. It is suitable for those adventure seekers who are not particularly experienced in the mountains.
